So, if with a VPN I can access the streaming, does it mean that the streaming will be always available? Or is it available only for selected programs?

It's always available. But yeah you need to be able to get an account (aren't first few months free if you get into it?)

eno and other services allow you to use a credit card without merchant seeing your real numbers etc.

I am not currently logged in and I'm streaming ... It does not accept my credit cards as I reside in Italy.
