    Hmm, might be possible, but it wasn't done at the 2 Vertigo gigs it closed. I haven't actually heard any of thos e two gigs yet, so I don't know how they played them, but if they ended the song like on the album and the JT and Lovetown tours, it gets kind of hard to snippet something at the end because it dies out with the final two lines. But maybe they could suddenly revive it after the "Oh great ocean, oh great sea, run to the ocean, run to the sea", with perhaps reapeating the "Raining"-part. And then make a nice transition to some 40-lines, like "Raining, how long is it gonna rain, how long, how long, to singthis song..." or something like that. It could definitely work, just like Bono snippeted "40" at the end of Walk On at some Elevation gigs.

    Might be hard, I just like 40 finishing off all good U2 gigs and your setlist is an absolute cracker! I honestly couldn't think of a better one (except Please ) One Tree Hill finished off the New Zealand gigs didn't it? It was a very symbolic and appropriate closer for that audience.
