  4. I've read the info about Usenet but i still don't know how to download these DVD's...
    So i've downloaded it already by just clicking on the link and then on Download but i can't open the program... So i know i need to have something from a server or something but i can't find anywhere what i need to download first to open...
    So can anyone please help me ?

  6. I followed the steps on the site so i've downloaded Grabit as Newsserver and then downloaded your NZB-file.
    Grabit started to download ( i think) the 108 files and now they all have the message "... does not exist" and "Default server"...
    I really don't know what i'm doing wrong at the moment so sorry to ask but can you please help me (again i know) with this ?

    You probably don't use a good server, or you use a server which does not have the files you want to download because of a low retention.

    A good start server for Usenet newbies is Astraweb, http://news.astraweb.com/, you get 25GB of traffic for just 10 dollars, you can use it whenever you want. Add that server to Grabit and I'm sure you can download the stuff you want.

    I've read that part also but that wasn't my problem cause the files aren't incomplete so i had to ask it...
    But never mind, i'll not download it

    Maybe they just are incomplete on the news server you use, some news servers don't have all files correctly.
    Or sometimes the NZB file is not correct, you just have to make a new one then through some site like binsearch.net.

    You should try to get Newsleecher (www.newsleecher.com), that's really the best news reader there is. I use it for over three years now, they have updates nearly every week and the SuperSearch, which is really usefull.

    I've installed newsleecher (for 15 days) and that doesn't even open now anymore...
    I don't like Usenet think i'll need to buy the DVD
