Tour: Innocence and Experience tour
Songs played: 28
Audio recordings: 2
Videos: 1
  1. Taking a piss break during a double tour debut should be the biggest concert failure... ever?
  2. What about the debut of Elevation/Stuck at LA 3?
  3. Despite all the jokes and simulated hate, once you're there you forget about everything and lose yourself in the music, the moment. Even if it's a repeat version of Stuck
  4. I, for one, was hyped as hell to be right at the foot of the e-stage for the debut of two ATYCLB songs. It's as if Bono saw me and said "oh shit we have to play these songs for this guy" while also ignoring my California shirt.
  5. Elevation & Stuck are great songs when you're at the show. Only a bummer if you're listening at home

Why didn't they play Miracle drug for you ?!!
  7. Trying to go back ontopic, I've been thinking some songs that could fit into the Dublin shows specifically... Running To Stand Still and Stories For Boys as unplayed oldies, and The Crystal Ballroom at ALL shows (and with dedicated visuals and setlist position, not like a random rarity thrown in the E stage). Maybe bring back Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own and pair it with Iris, before Cedarwood Road, as a one off. I can't help picturing Dublin streets while listening to Bob's song.....

But they'll just play the normal stuff I guess :-(
  9. Of course Vertigo 3 was unreal !

Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own has to be paired with Iris. I can't believe they haven't brought that song back yet...
  11. Now they seem to be bringing (a reinvented version of) the IE tour, I'm afraid so. As Gerard pointed out a few days back, the prospect of any out-of-tour shows was much more attractive setlist-wise, forcing them to do some different stuff whether they wanted or not (not having the screen for example). Now that it seems they found a way to shrink the IE tour and bring it to Eire, setlists will be nothing out of ordinary I'm afraid

And still there can be a very awesome setlist with all variations considered (remember I don't know nothing about Europe's setlist)... But from what was played at the US, Gloria, Crystal Ballroom, October, The Troubles, Bad, Miracle Drug and 40 would make for an incredible set - not to mention 11 O'Clock and An Cat Dubh/Into The Heart, it's criminal that they only played them at the Roxy!

2 Bono's parents' songs in a row (3 considering I Will Follow!) is a bit too much to be played every night, but it should be done in Dublin I feel.
