Glasgow has the paperless ticket system where you have to get the card you paid with swiped at the door for entry. And you have to present ID too. You can't sell the tickets, or let others in - you have to be the entry.
I think Glasgow is, so far, the only show with this method too.

Officially I think yes. In practice no, it's impossible to double check ID against credit cards for 15000 people, entrance would take 6 hours. You just swipe the card and if it's ok present the ID.
In fact, what scalpers do to avoid this system is buying tickets with an anonymous prepaid debit card, and then mail it to the buyer together with the tickets.
