That's one of the reasons why I find a bit funny/absurd when the 20 or 150 or 1000 fans complain about setlists claiming that "the fans would love" or "the fans are tired of" or "the band should" or any of those things... I really don't think we (including the communities of all u2 forums combined) can speak in the name of the fanbase, not even the "hardcore" fanbase. We're just a small minority overall.
where are all the fans then, not on the internet or just not on this site ?
  2. which is the huge majority.

Plus several who collects bootlegs aswell.
  3. I'm suffering major Bootleg withdrawal since Denver. I've even started making up my own playlists from the existing boots !!
  4. i myself am just 21 i am expected to be on all the modern shit we now call music, but my heart lies with older generations type of music! u2 at top of list

This didn't happen on 360 when Your blue room was the only change for months so this tour must be more exciting !!

  7. Not everybody is thinking "I should join a message board about everything I really love".

I just logged in a U2 forum after the SOI release after 30 years being a fan, and I logged in because I got tired of reading people complaining about U2 and I thought "surely there most be somewhere on the internet with just fans of u2 so I can talk about it without reading that U2 sucks every other comment".
So I joined interference. Oh, boy...

The only bands who have inspired me in the last 10 years are Arcade fire & The Gaslight Anthem
