  1. I'm not into this world but it's normal to keep them private? Is it possible that a lot more will be released later on?

    I find these things really mysterious haha, why go trough the trouble of recording if you can get an iem recording every night?

    Yes, its possible more will come when the tour ends.

    Also, many people don't like IEMs and prefer audience recordings, plus audience recordings are easier to make.

  7. But they could just picked one themselves right, naming it a "random" winner? No need for a public vote, and still you end up with someone who doesn't screw up.
  8. has anyone screw up? except for that crazy girl they invited (the one who called 911 on Bono's accident), I think everyone was fine on stage.

    + there are some failures... one of the Village People was insert in the voting only 7 hours later..
    there are people with more than a link.. I mean.. they will count all votes for Amp from each link? or only one will be valid?

    of course I'm supporting my friends on this voting thing, but I don't think it's fair...

  11. ...you always need to upscale mp3's - take a larger box, so to say, in order not to make the compression any more worse... (lossy logic).

    And no, this is rather "post-production" than "remaster" (info file only says "edit" and u2start database doesn't know "post-production). Basically cutting out all sorts of interference/distortions...

    Logistics say someone in Europe will win. The show is only days away. Passports? Visas? My bet is someone close by. Plus, less travel expenses.

    Aside from that, my vote is for the 13-year old girl from Boston.
