    The demographic is what makes me wonder about them playing Bonnaroo. As an old cat, if it's the only date in the region they are playing, then I'm in. But if this ends up being a tour slot and they are playing anywhere else surrounding these, I'd rather take my $300 that a Bonnaroo ticket will cost and see 2 or 3 shows in the region and not suffocate in the Tennessee summer heat trapped in a sea of sweat, fragrant vomit, piss-soaked drunken college turds and mosquitoes! .


    Knowing how festivals generally work, they probably will not be able to have any shows within a 200 mile radius in a month window before and after the festival. Festival organizers will have these stipulations to account for your line of thinking because they like money and don't like regional competition.

  6. That 217 is going to be a big year with songs of experience and the thirtieth anniversary of the Joshua tree will result in some special shows.

  8. Might incorporate Joshua Tree anniversary into tour shows, like Springsteen etc.
