If you are going to ask for an ID to vote, at least make it easy for people to get access to it and allow people to show any kind of ID to exercise their constitutional right.
In Wisconsin, voter ID law does not accept U.S. Veterans Administration ID cards, so just like that you are forbidding many veterans to vote.
In Texas, University of Texas ID cards are not accepted but concealed weapons permits are accepted? (it's Texas after all)
Not to mention North Carolina and Florida's insane early voting suppression bills affecting a size of the population way bigger than the margin of Trump's victory in each state.
    These were real voting issues.
The easist ones would be Drivers License and Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of residence. I dont know how minorities would be affected. Ive never heard of people being denied these things because of your color. In Texas white people are the minority so Im not sure what hardships are preventing minorities

Nothing will change in that recount. Trump won because the Electoral College rules are like that, we have to accept it and try to change it for next election.
This whole recount feels more like a Jill Stein's scam than anything else. No reason for Trump to loose his shit about this.

I dont know what they'll change. It's flawed, but it does have its purpose.

And I really can't see any other reason why Jill Stein would get involved unless she's platforming for 2020.

It's all getting old already, but if people wanna pony up their hard earned Christmas cash (since the Green Party only accepts individual donations - nudge, nudge, wink, wink) for a futile recount, let them have it. And lets see where she puts all the extra money raised... for fucks sake, U2! Put a record out already, will ya?

Getting a Drivers License or a Passport for people that have to travel 200 miles to get one and pay for it affects poor people the most. Minorities disproportionately live in poverty, so they are the most affected by strict ID laws

This isnt the case for most Americans. Most Americans have the ability to obtain a drivers license and or passport. The law is designed to serve the majority. No matter what you do someone will always be left out. Thats life

I didn't say millions. However, via some people I know that live in California, no ID was required to vote, and all "I Voted" stickers were in Spanish. So I'm just saying that it probably did happen, but not on the scale Trump claims.

I live in California and IDs were required to vote. Please come back with a different argument. Also, what does the fact the "I Voted" stickers being in Spanish have to do with anything? I know people who got their stickers in Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and all other languages. These statements are things sensible people would consider to be racist.

Wanna know why a lot of people voted Trump? Or should I say against Clinton? Your last statement. People are sick and tired of always being called a racist just because they aren't agreeing on something that is made to be socially accepted.

I agree, it makes our country weak abd its a cheap way to argue. You shouldnt say people are racist for something like that. So many people are calling each other racist, sexist, bigot, and who every other term they can think of. Its all been WAY over used.

But Stein's effort could help her in other ways.

By continuing to raise money, she is building up a larger donor list that she can later turn to if she runs again. She also can try to influence policy by urging those donors to call lawmakers or contribute to other politicians. Her campaign says 137,000 people have contributed to the recount.

A bigger supporter list can command bigger fees if Stein chooses to lease it out to other campaigns.

Laurence Tribe, a Harvard constitutional law professor, said that although recounts are "entirely within the law, Stein's effort is probably aimed more at "trying to gain attention and establish herself as a national player."

Well played, Jill! Way to increase your database and e-mail list! Suckers.

Completely agree. We can discuss here about Castro's legacy. In Cuba, they cannot discuss anything. The communist party determines what they should say, think and believe.
As a liberal, it disappoints me that the left in my country is praising him instead of looking at social democracies in Nordic countries for models.

It always astonished me the numbskulls who think Castro and Che Guevara were some kind of iconic heroes...
