1. By the way, this morning we discussed the problem that some numbers (mine for instance) are listed as invalid in the u2.com account now. I sent a message to sms-support@u2.com, an address, that is listed at u2.com. It is more than curious that this evening I recieved an authomatically generated answer from DoNotReply@ticketmaster.com:

  2. I sent a ticket in as well requesting help for getting my email and facebook validated, but I did it via the form and got that same message from orderhelp@u2.com.
  3. I did the same and was contacted by a person from the U2.com team. But I'm really confused: they said my number was okay and that they inserted it for me in the correct format. All I had to do was to confirm the information. I wanted to do so but the box was empty (???). I really don't get this whole mobile number thing and truly hope it concerns US subscribers only.

    My account is valid, but when I click "submit" I can't tell if I'm good. The page refreshes, but there is no confirmation and the submit button still stays... You'd figure I'd get a text confirmation, right?

    By the sounds of everything even though that bit is there in our accounts I don’t think it’s active yet. By that I mean they’re just getting prepared for the changes and when they’re rolling them out will let us know then when you hit submit it will activate so to speak.

    I won't be doing it, 95% certain, unless they guarantee there is no extra charge for the international SMSs. Ticket demand is only getting lower every tour and I'm probably just aiming for general sale or getting tickets later on for whichever show I'm attending. No more presale madn€$$ for me
