so are they just playing a longer set or what?
the set from a few days ago was literally 24 songs. lots of questions here. dying to see the report from u2songs later
If they are playing a longer set which is something that had previously been suggested then all the songs they’ve rehearsed together makes it close to a 30 song Setlist, probably some shuffling going on though, I’m also thinking now with a few SOI numbers in the running is EBW bound to be rehearsed soon? The piano version won’t take too much getting right and it would be odd for them to leave that out but play cedarwood, song for someone and raised by Wolves as well as Iris if the above rehearsal claim is true.

i see what you're saying. EBW will definitely be there somewhere. I sound greedy but I just really hope they don't abandon acrobat and horses

Nah I don’t think you’re being greedy, I reckon most of us are more than anything hoping for they 2 songs to hang around. For me from what they’ve rehearsed acrobat, wild horses, love is bigger and Lights Of Home are the main priority, i would also add the Fly to that list but I don’t know how likely that is since it never made the long Setlist run through. I could live with whatever else they chose to do with the rest of the Setlist but do still have my own preferences.
  4. They need to leave most of SOI back at IE. Cedarwood Road is about the only one i would want. Iris for me just isn't necessary especially considering the other songs that they have sound checked.
  5. SFS is the most overrated song.
  6. Certainly a song I don't want to hear again. My least favourite song on the album.
  7. No rehearsals today, huh?

Love Iris; I could really do without CW and RBW...
  9. Dear U2,

There's a song on SOI called 'This is where you can reach me know'. I don't know whether you know it. Check it out.

It is a fantastic song; it totally rocks. Remember, it was intended to be the album opener until the very end. It is that good.

How about playing it live? Together with Please, Please? Just a thought

    Yours,
    Julien
  10. I bet the encore will be Glastonbury/Volcano/American Soul
