  7. See, I love the quality of the Sydney show, but I always find myself missing Trying to Throw Your Arms and Ultraviolet.
  8. Posted this in the Paris thread, but this is sort of how I've been feeling about this tour:

    To me:

    (Intermission - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me)

    This whole section needed to be completely cut from the show, and something more interesting/more "experience" themed should've gone in. The show shouldn't have had a mini "early days" set, and it shouldn't have had that SoI mini-set with the same visuals, and Elevation and Vertigo either needed to be changed to something different (remix?) or just taken out. At least Elevation got the cool intro again, that's something.

    But this is sort of the core of the issue of the show to me. Imagine if instead, it went:

    Love Is All We Have Left
    The Blackout
    Lights of Home
    Zoo Station
    The Fly
    Wild Horses
    Book of Your Heart
    Crystal Ballroom
    Little Things
    Last Night on Earth
    Gone
    Please
    Love and Peace
    Get On Your Boots/Breathe


    Instead? Maybe unrealistic, but IMO would've made for a much better "part 2" of the whole Innocence and Experience campaign.

  10. Trying to Throw Your Arms was played at that legendary Sydney gig.. whether or not it's available depends on which recording you have..but yeah, Ultraviolet would have been epic.

    Going from IE to EI, makes no sense to me to have that block of songs (IWF to UTEOTW) in the same section of the show, let alone play them again this time around.

Just a thought, even though Little Things is not appearing on this tour, it really feels to me like it’ll be one of the representatives of SOE on later tours, whereas some of the songs like LIAWHL, SOL, and 13 seem like they’ll probably never appear after this. What songs do you all think will stick around after this tour??
