Experience and Innocence tour

Shows: 75
  1. my oh my it all makes sense then
  2. Will there be any rehearsals tonight?
  3. Another thing I’ve been thinking about regarding acrobat is even the fact it’s being rehearsed is enough to suggest the band are listening to the fans to some extent. I know it was a while ago it was first brought up to them but in my mind they would never have considered this song unless it had been mentioned. It’s just too random to throw in there, it is entirely possible they might even through drowning man in as well because of this after edge had been questioned about it last year. If they were to play drowning man and acrobat every show then I think even the bands biggest critics regarding Setlist would have to acknowledge the band trying to give the die hard fans something back. We’ll see what happens but it would be amazing if they played both each night.
  4. Hmm. After "Drag you down" there is quite a pause/stop in the music (longer than the album). I wonder if this is going to segue-way into something else.
  5. Finally A C R O B A T !!!
  6. Wow. Shit is real.
  7. It seems... so unlikely. Wow, even that they're rehearsing it now. If they play it even once on the tour, I will astounded. If it's played every night.......

Say what you like about last year's tour, one thing that it must've done is reminded the band how good it is to go back to songs that haven't been played in years, or ever, and put them right out there.

    That is a good point.

The highlights of the JT show I saw were all of the side B songs. Exit and In God's Country being the best.

I mean, it isn't as if they haven't brought back deep-cuts in the past. I was at the November 2001 Dallas show where they did the acoustic In God's Country.

I know they're on their minds. I wrote before about talking to Sam O' Sullivan in 2009 and how Larry had a "list" of songs he wanted to get around to (In God's Country and Mofo were two he mentioned).
