2018-05-02 - Tulsa
Tour: Experience and Innocence tour
Songs played: 29
Audio recordings: 1
  1. For opening nights, it went quite well. Bono butchered RBW, Edge screwed up One (and Pride?), but at least no one fell from the stage.

    Cheers sir.

And while you're here. Does it feel like a new show? Does it feel like it's own thing? Or an adjustment of 2015. Or quite the same?
Feels like a new thing. But then the stage feels like the same thing, as I'm all familiar with that one. So like an upgrade or continuation.
  3. And they didn't repeat Staring At The Sun, which is bonus points.
  4. Haha yes he did, he had no teleprompter where he was so he lost it in the opening seconds.

But he did get the license plate right, which he didn't in rehearsals.

Agree the crowd was terrible they wouldn’t stand at all everytime I stood during less popular songs people told me to sit. Smh the crowd killed that show.

People told you to sit? WTF
  7. happened to me in Seattle 2011 and Vienna 2005 too People behind us told us to sit. In 2005 we didn't care (and we sit down during WOWY ), in 2011 we moved few rows up to the end of sector
  8. From what I’ve watched , bono showed more energy last night than the entirety of TJT tour. They just didn’t look thrilled touring that album. Could’ve just been my experience.
  9. Awful crowd . Come to Australia and get fans That have been waiting 8 years to jump

God that would suck. Bad enough they're already sucking the life out of the show by sitting on their rear ends. But killing your enjoyment too! I did see a periscope feed where the woman in front was dancing away to SATS or something. I'd understand if people behind wanted her to sit for that one, old people need to sit a little bit over a 3 hour period. But get up for the lid numbers & classics!

I've only done seats once. Very back row, so nobody to tell me to sit down! Smallest stadium of the US 360 tour legs, so only 40 rows from the stage anyway.
