Tour: Experience and Innocence tour
Songs played: 29
Audio recordings: 1
  1. How was Bono’s voice , can’t tell much from the videos
  2. How was Larry ? All smiles ?

  3. Don't think our crowds are too brilliant either unfortunately. Maybe a bit better than the US I guess. Would love to do South America, but the whole GA experience, including the line, may be just a little too crazy.
  4. I think Bono's voice is getting better and better the last 3 years. He shows that he is working on it and he starts to behave more like a singer and less like a showman/frontman.

Definitely not just your experience - many of us noticed and spoke about the lack of "something" last year. I think it was obvious to most fans that there was something definitely not right, from the poor average of songs per night (22, the lowest since the original '87 Joshua Tree Tour? Lame) to the lack of attitude and the scarce moments of truly great connection between audience, band and repertoire.

They're just NOT a nostalgia act. I knew 120% sure that all of that would change from the moment they faced an audience and presented new material as they always have done in the past. Tulsa proved me right.
  8. Well so much for me keeping quiet until October hahaha

I noticed the longer intro to Pride as well, do we think that was a band error or them trying something new?
