That referee was out of order there. The penalty yes and the bookings for the reactions but you can’t allow Portugal to attack and then as soon as Iran get possession stop play because of the man down.

It’s what I love about the World Cup, effort and determination often being the equal to quality, you don’t see it quite as much in club football.
