  3. Did anyone of you also get this mail from Ticketmaster yesterday:

    "Our records show that yesterday you made two or more similar bookings for the same event with Ticketmaster.
    If this was not intentional please contact Ticketmaster via return email or call Customer Service on 136100."

    Two or more similar bookings...one in Melbourne, and one in Perth...??

    Well, I guess no need to reply, they say if I DID NOT intend to book these, then I shall reply.

  7. What's the problem exactly. Sorry, I don't understand what you need by "my 3 cb was rejected". Is the the name of a credit card, or do you mean 3 credit cards? If your card is a debit card like a Visa Electron, or Maestro, it won't work. My debit card is a proper MasterCard, which works.

    What was the problem exactly, did Ticketek say the purchase was rejected, or just crash, or was it the credit card verification (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode)?

    I actually phoned by bank early & got my MasterCard SecureCode verification turned off for 24 hours. This speeds up the ticket purchase, & minimises stuff ups (my friend phoned her bank a few days before the sales, to check her Visa verification was correct, it still didn't work).

    So as Remy says, try to work out where the problem is, contact your back, & maybe Ticketek as well.

  9. Its just not ready to be announced yet. Could be anything. Maybe they wait for how Perth general sale goes, to see if Perth can get a second show which impacts the final date for Singapore.

    Maybe ticketing is not set-up completely yet.

    No. GA is paperless, which means you get your ticket on your mobile 3 days before the show. Anyone using that ticket can gain entry, nothing else is needed.
  11. Remy, how confident are you that Sydney will get two shows?. I know it depends on sales etc..... I would think they would want to do 2 shows to make the trip worth it.
