  1. Never seen it, but I can't help but think back to the scene from Family Guy where they take the piss lol...

    Watched Pan's Labyrinth again today, this time IN Uni. in one of the lecture theatres. Still a great film, still a miserable film, forgot to have the stiff drink beforehand though, and it was weird coming out of a lecture theatre with people actually in tears lol!
  2. Hancock on DVD. I liked it; thought the 'twist' was a bit obvious however.

  12. I watched a German film last night called Head On - don't know the German title, sorry. It's about second generation Turkish immigrants to Hamburg. I had to watch it for a class and I'm so glad I did. I would never have even picked up the DVD case otherwise. It's incredible and I urge any of you with even the SLIGHTEST interest in social cinema - or just great cinema at that - to find a copy and watch it. I can't praise it highly enough. Deeply affecting stuff.
