    On the one hand, you make it seem like no one can escape the tobacco companies and their campaigns (i.e. no one can avoid smoking) and then you mention a whole host of groups who don't smoke. If the tobacco companies' campaigns are so successful, how is it that people (who obviously aren't all babies) don't smoke? That's the contradiction I was referring to, similar to the contradiction levelled at Classical Marxism in so far as if the bourgeois class' domination of society is so all-encompassing, how is it that Marxists are able to step outside the bubble and supposedly challenge it.
