    I like how it says hello in the top left corner instead of iPod. Much better. What else to mod now???

  6. I finally bought the Xbox360 Pro (60GB HDD)..thoroughly impressed with the games on offer, and even came with Uno!
  7. Just tried playing the Boston DVD on my laptop, and it's asking me to change the region from 1 to 2 so that I can play it. I know UK comes under region 2, but any idea why I've not had to change it with any of the other DVDs?

    What did you last watch on it? Usually stores that region. All your U2 DVD's should be region 2 or all regions.

  9. I just watched Paris on my laptop, and I was checking out the U2 DVDs and all of them that actually make a point of it on the case are region 0, 'cause it's never asked before. It's only the Boston DVD that says region 2 or that I've been asked to change it etc. Tis odd.

    What's most wierd is a UK laptop asking to switch OUT of region 1 into 2. Should be 2 by default.
  11. Never heard of it happening either.

    Region 2 to 1 certainly is common, but not the other way around. The Boston DVD, if I remember correctly, made me change my region settings from Region 4 to some other region, so it's probably not just you, and so did another which may have been the Sydney or Mexico DVD. Has anyone else come across that issue?

    Apparently a free solution, if you believe it, is an app called DVD43 - and AnyDVD by SlySoft (costs around $AUD39, but does work quite well under XP and Vista, and removes those crap restrictions - why they have them still is a matter of why.
  12. I got a technical question...

    How do I create a 5.1 DTS CD? I ripped Out Of Control from Red Rocks to a 5.1 DTS file, but how can I create a 5.1 WAV from it? It's possible...I know. I would love to listen to the 5.1 sound on my Cinema-set.
