Yes, I did. Someone had lost it. It was password-protected so I could virtually do anything with it (I wouldn't have minded to return it back; I've never been an Apple fan and I wasn't tempted at all by the Touch - but I simply couldn't know whose was it). It had a broken screen and the audio jack didn't work properly. I bought replacements for both parts, repared them, and now I've got an almost brand-new iPod Touch for a total fee of 13 dollars - which is amazing. And it's an awesome gizmo.
Edit: It works now. The solution for me was to - and this is so weird, I had to do this with my iPad too now I remember to activate Facetime - add 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 in the iPod DNS settings. Seriously, like that was obvious. WTF. Now I can add people.
Alright then, I'll try now. Hopefully this works because it's a cool feature if it takes off. I like the Newsstand thing too and the notification centre, even though it should have been there before but I guess it's there now.
