Still impressed, Apps do seem limited in raw numbers (due to improve I suppose) and the camera is a major step down from the N8 (expected) but for day to day usage I am still really liking it. Even Zune desktop isn't bad.

Annoyingly though a mystery scratch has appeared on the screen that. A scratch that the glass really should have kept out as I am more than careful with my phone. The N8 is a year old and the screen is pristine. I'm not sure if I just got really unlucky or the glass just isn't as tough.
  2. My provider offered me 50 euro's off, they will call me again next week. I really want to say yes

Although it kinda sucks you cant use the Lumia as usb stick, you cant play mkv (you need to remux it into mp4). Small stuff, but still. Its an expensive device
  3. It's a definite downgrade in functionality over the N8 (and N900 too no doubt) but more glitz and less go is the price paid. I can see myself using this for a few month easy. Will it last a year though? We'l see what the rumoured N8 successor brings.
  4. Any information on a 5.0.0 or 5.0.1 untethered iTouch jailbreak?

Well n900 has no whatsapp That is actually one of the sole reasons I want a new phone.

  6. I'll just tap my Whatsapp icon now I think. Ahhh.
  7. Actually i do have whatsapp on my Android installation on the n900, but that is still lacking voice call functionality. Dualbooting sucks on a pc, let alone on a phone
  8. Whatsapp is cool. It allows everybody to go on a cheaper price plan. Windows Phone has potential but i'd say it's only 7/10 there. Nothing beats good old Symbian for raw functions but sadly it got left behind.
  9. Symbian is pretty much dead unfortunately. Just as dead as Meego/Maemo

Had a play with Belle yesterday on a Nokia 700. Felt miles better than comparison Droids. The Symbian story is a darn shame. I'll always own one as a spare device though.
  11. Symbian is much lighter. But well, think there is no chance Symbian will survive.
  12. Lately when im on youtube the video will just randomly stop loading and pause, but it never starts loading again. i have to click a few seconds ahead to get the vid to start playing again. anyone know why this might be happening?
