1. Jizz in my pants.
  2. Looks good. Screen resolution is a desk breaker for me. Its fine on the N8 but not pretty on a 4 inch screen. It is a niche device though and the majority who buy it will do so purely for the camera.
  3. Had a look at the photos (the fullres ones). Looks awesome for a phone. But that said, a 5MP DSLR will still give better pictures. Nothing new there, will beat some budget compact cams though (< 100~150) eur range. The awesome part is that you carry it everywhere with you. Too bad that they used the Symbian OS for this one. They should just move on

More curious what the camera does in the dark, havent seen fullres jpgs of shots in the dark yet, so guess time will tell
  4. Don't forget there are many 8MP compact cams that offer 5x optical zoom, so in most cases those will still be better than digizoom of 5x of 38 MP.

Amazing effort to get this quality in such a small format though.
  5. Symbian was a certainty. The 808 is proof of concept and no more. Job done.
  6. New TV time. Decisions decisions.
  7. Which TV are you upgrading from?
  8. What size you going for?
  9. 40+ I suppose... Well, it comes to what's being offered in your local stores I guess, I can tell you that LG's are very cheap right now in Madrid but maybe they're ultra expensive in Belfast, and viceversa.
  10. I have a 42" LG TV in the lounge, self calibrated and it's as good as any TV I've seen. Took me about a month to pick out the right TV on a budget. Very happy with it though.
