  1. Ok thanks, I tried F11 system recovery but it just started as normal and skipped it, which completely confused me bc nothing happened, will try it thanks.

    Dont know why system recovery wont work when I press it.

  6. "Compaq HP" is not a model There are models that come with a specific button to access the factory reset menu, others use a F10 / F11 / F12 key at the start, others need a recovery CD... Anyway, you should be able to format it anyway just having the Windows installation CD/DVD. Start your PC with that disco inserted and you'll be directed to the Windows installation menu. Format your hard disc and every problem *should* disappear...

    Try the buttons Sergio said. If no luck, try searching in Google for your laptop's complete model name + recovery. That's how I found my laptop's recovery menu button

  9. Internet explorer always tells me at the bottom of the page a pop up saying, ''U2 Start is not responng running script''
    But I think the problem is from the message itself, know how to disable that or remove it ? Just supposing. ?

    What's the internet browser you use? Can you make a screenshot? (press print screen on your keyboard, edit > paste in Paint e.g., save as JPG, upload to tinypic.com, share URL here).
