It's on page 149 - in the Unforgettable Fire section.

"Bird List" - "Osprey...Seagull...Thrush"

Fancy that as the new "Wake Up / Everyone" tune for the new tour. Imagine the reactions. He's gotta release that one day. Thanks for the article Dan.

To my understanding this is not something Edge said but just a remark by the author on what release date can be expected.
Having in mind that the interview seems to be several weeks old, I stick to the November release.

Indeed. Edge or Bono mentioned how they wanted to bring Eno onboard and that the record company had their doubts after one of Eno's recent projects was this thing called Bird List...I think the term was "avant garde rubbish" or something...
