That news could be 2 things again: the recording process sukcs, like Yeah more or less stated. Or Bono speaks the truth...I just don't know. Just wait and see...

Perhaps it's gonna be a lengthy cover album, hence the 50-60 recordings and thus the lengthy wait we have, because they need to get all the copyrights sorted and to pick the best of the bunch lol.

There used to be a line about U2 releasing a cover of that song as a single in 2009 for a few weeks. Edited by now.
