JT and Achtung Baby are superior in my opinion, because they work as musical entities and they all keep a staple theme successfully. Pop could have been one of the great albums, but it didn't take off, and Zooropa's just, well, it's experimental music, like Pink Floyd with a touch of Edge madness. I do still love the latter 2, but I think there's a reason why JT and AB are (and rightly so) more celebrated works.
