1. Not sure if it's been discussed but do we know if anyone is going to record MUSE's Set in NYC with U2???

How funny was that Italian Video!! You see Chris in the background at start of Dom being interviewed & he's pissing himself with Matt.

Can't wait to see MUSE in OZ in 2010

  2. Bought 'Resistance' earlier today on a trip into town, bought the £16.99 copy that comes with the Making Of DVD - only got up to MK Ultra so far (listening all the way through) but am loving it. It's certainly reignited my interest in the band one of two great albums released this year that I've got hold of, the other being NLOTH. So far, Undisclosed Desires has taken my number 1 spot as current favourite (strangely enough). My only criticism on the whole (at the moment) would be that the album as a whole feels a bit like Blackholes & Revelations: Part Deux - it doesn't sound like anything new and completely original like some people have been yacking on about, but that's not to say I'm disappointed, far from it! I get a feel of reinvention as opposed to any particular sonic revolution/progression etc., almost as if they bunged the last two albums together. Uprising feels like a reworked version of Exo-Politics; Resistance sounds like the lovechild of Map of the Problematique and Knights of Cydonia, whilst Undisclosed Desires has that hip-hop feel of Supermassive Blackhole, hence my feelings of a similar sonic aesthetic to the last album. Far from disappointed though!
  3. the 1st vids of muse opening for U2 r up on youtube.

as expected its mostly a U2 hate fest, i cant understand why they bag u2 when Muse obviously have enough respect for the "gods" so much so that they agree to open for them.
    fooking dikheads.
  4. Anyone knows their setlist?
  5. Epic.

    Knights:

  6. does anyone have the bootleg of them opening in giants stadium ny?

  7. Haha, indeed. After seeing 70000 go nuts for them in Wembley, this is strange viewing. Nice setlist they had though. Very short. Was their another band on too?
