  1. Coldplay announced their US stadium tour with a whooping 7 shows, each show taking place on a Saturday from July 16th to September 3rd. The lucky cities are New York, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, LA, Dallas, and San Francisco.


    Right now I'm considering their LA show as it takes place at the Rose Bowl and I still believe this band has something to offer on stage.

    I think coldplay would put on a good live show all their weird color scheme shit would be pretty good, but is it just me or does anybody else think the guy cant sing,
  3. Chris Martin can surely sing the hell out of himself, although he has had some problems with his falsetto since a few years back.

    7 incredible shows, wow. Now that's what I call a worldwide tour.

  7. Rose Bowl is huge, they will surely struggle to sell that out.

  9. I don't think they'll struggle much judging from European ticket sales and specially considering there are ONLY seven dates across the US. Maybe that's actually why they've announced just a few shows.
  10. I have a feeling the will announce more shows, but not more cities. I mean, they have one show per week in the US while they have a more standard tour schedule elsewhere. I think they are taking a page out of U2's book by having multiple engagements in fewer cities.


    In any case, I'm going for tickets at the Rose Bowl but I'll have to wait until general sale on Friday.
