    you will very rarely see that type of sportsmanship in the game nowadays. Henry has admitted handling the ball and himself suggested that a replay of the game would be a fair outcome but Fifa themselves are cunts. France and all its big names stars are worth more dollar in the world cup than what Ireland would be had they progressed. The sport has gone to shit. Things like this happen week in and week out and they just allow it.

    I think it wouldnt have counted. Dont know if it happened before though.


  3. I remember DiCanio caught the ball mid play before because a player was down injured and the ref wouldn't stop play. He was rightly applauded

    They're still showing it and talking about it on our sports channels here, which is a bit surprising, since we all know that Americans haven't really paid much attention to the sport up to this point...
  6. you know if it was denying italy, france, brazil, spain, or a few other of the soccer super powers in the world, they they would totally do something about it.

    not fair to pick on ireland b;c they don't bring in enough $ as the clubs above. its just wrong.
