  11. Probably. England weren't going to win because Sepp Blatter just does not like the nation. I would've thought they'd choose a much richer nation in terms of football heritage than Russia though. Only way England will get it now is either wait until 2030's or hope Brazil mess up between now and 2014. Then it'd probably go to nation ranked way down the rankings, Papua New Guinea 2014? Or are they shortlisted for 2026?

    I'm not bothered that England didn't get it in all fairness, more bothered by who have got 2018 and 2022.
