Odds are stacked massively against Ajax now. They need to beat both Groningen and Heracles Almelo. They will beat Heracles, should be no problem. Groningen however will not be a walk in the park. I expect Ajax to win, but 3 points shouldn't be taken for granted. Ajax to steal it 2-1

PSV however, 1 point will secure the title and against Vitesse Arnhem, can't see them struggling. PSV to win 3-0. And giving them the Eredivisie.

You know more of it than some Dutchman I know..

That's true I guess...the charm of the competition.

Erm...yes lol. I wouldn't call it a charm, more desperation...
  4. Vitesse is not very good this season and I don't expect PSV to lose against them

Ajax could've won it if it wasn't for their dip in form over Christmas. The thrashing of Rotterdam got them back on track, but they've been unable to recover.

Tim, can I ask, how the hell do you keep up to date with Dutch football when you're based in Staffordshire lol?

What about AZ Alkmaar? They always seem to come against some British side in the UEFA Cup...

Alkmaar are quite low in the league if i remmeber rightly. Only reason they do well against British sides is beacues they're British

And The Championship is crazy. Getting tighter and tighter each year.

Indeed, ridiculously close, and in fact so close that the gap between the Prem. and the Champ. is getting wider - look at Derby as a case in point. Who do you follow, if anyone?

I keep track of all the major European leagues. Serie A, Eredivise, Championnat and La Liga. German football doesn't bother me that much. We used to get a lot of Dutch football on channel 5 early in the morning, which i used to record and watch, so that kinda got me interested in Dutch league football.

Support Man United. Simply because my dad has since 1977, so I was brought up a United fan.

Respect...I adore English football and often watch Match of the Day. Also interested in German, Spanish, Scottish and Italian football. But the English are the football-gods (except for Euro 2008)
