1. Hardly. AZ Alkmaar should've been charged with bringing the game into disrepute after walking off. Ajax should've been fined for failing to control their fans. Alkmaar's walk off should've been percieved as a forfeit and Ajax awarded the 3-0 victory. The red card should also stand, in England the rule is that the referee's word is final, good to see other European coutries undermining the authority of their referees, something Uefa would be proud of.
  2. After the game: The red card stands, just no suspension.
Now: Match is being replayed, all events during the game are discarded. So the red card and 2 yellow's are being deleted. Its as the game never happened, except for the fines of course.

I think they should've continued the match. But they didnt do that because that would mean that the keeper could not play, and that AZ had to be play with 10.
  3. I'll definitely be going Man Utd vs. Ajax at Old Trafford
  4. Won again, yeah
  5. congrats Bart .. for sure it can't be said it's luck

PSG seems to want to replicate ac milan .. first Leonardo then Ancelotti and now they wanna spend 61mil for Kaka and Pato
  6. 61 mil for both Kaka and Pato? Dont think thats enough

Ronnie do you think Sneijder is going to Man United? I read some rumours about that transfer.
  7. i've heard there are again rumors of that, for 35mil i guess .. there are rumors about Man City too .. but i'm pretty sure it won't happen in this session .. more likely in june .. more if Ricky Alvarez grows good in these months.
Zarate should go away in these days though
  8. I hope Sneijder will go to United, hopefully not to City.
What about Vertonghen? Read something about him? and Chivu, will he stay at Inter or go to Ajax or Real?
  9. there are very weaks voices about them .. but again not for now .. we've just taken such Juan (:? )
maybe there will be an exchange Vertonghen/Chivu also because i don't think Lucio will stay next year
  10. Meant to post last week about the Celtic v Rangers derby on 28 Dec....

Not only did we (Celtic) beat our bitter rivals as overtake them at the top of the table (having been 15 points behind 6 weeks ago), the first tune that came out of the PA system at Celtic Park after the full time whistle was New Years Day! A great way to end a great day!!!

p.s reminded of me of 1998 when 'Sweetest Thing' was played after we beat the 5-1

Man City must understand that they can't have everyone. There is a limit in the Premier League for registered squad members and with the players they have, someone is going to miss out if they keep buying. United however can easily send Macheda out on loan and then buy someone. Man City would struggle with the loan unless they paid the players wage on behalf of the other club.
  12. Tim do you think United need a player like Sneijder, because I think so. He could bring more creativity from the midfield.
