I can hope for a Cardiff City win in the final though
  3. uhm they're Welsh you should go for an English team ..
come on i know that in your heart you'll never walk alone hehe
  4. hehehe very nice

Bono would not be happy with that
  5. For Tim the perfect final would be: Manchester Untied 6 vs Manchester Shitty 0
  6. The Carling Cup is a poor competition. Easy route into Europe for teams who don't have the ability to finish in the top 7 of the Premier League. In a way, it's good to see United crash out early because it means we have more time to prepare for games. For example, we've had a week off going into the FA Cup game this weekend, Liverpool will have had 2 days rest.

The worse thing is that teams are punished for fielding weaker sides. Big teams are made to look as though they're being disrespectful when they field a reserve team against weaker opposition. There is no place in football for the competition. League Two sides have the league (46 games), FA Cup, League Cup and the Football League Trophy to play for. Three domestic knockout competitions? United have the league, League Cup, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League (Yes, Europa now.) that's two domestic and one European knockout competition.

Barcelona have the League, Copa del Rey and Champions League. Inter have the league, Coppa Italia and Champions League.
  7. and Argentina only league and Copa Libertadores .... and complain about the demands of the fixture

Did some team win the three domestic competitions ?
  8. Ronnie , i ve heard that Thaigo Motta is moving to PSG ?
    is it real ?

To be honest, I don't know if has been done, but I would say that I'm 99.9% sure it hasn't. The FA Cup is open to every league and non-league club in England. This year 763 teams took part. It's usually won by a team from the Premier League (or First Division as it was known). The League Cup is only played by the 92 league clubs from the Premier League down to League Two, again, it's usually won by a Premier League club. The Football League trophy is for the 48 teams that play in League One and League Two.

So the odds of a League One/Two club winning the League Trophy, League Cup and FA Cup in one year are massively slim.
  10. i find the FA cup the most amazing competition all over the world
