  1. Crucial win for WBA, pushes them further away from the drop zone and doing it against Wolves just makes it the little bit extra special. There's 13 games to go and only 11 points separate the teams in 11th down to 20th. I think Swansea, Fulham, Villa and Stoke should be ok. West Brom and QPR should have enough in them to stay up this year, that leaves for me, the current bottom four battling it out. Blackburn, Wolves, Bolton and Wigan. Honestly, they have such inconsistent form between them that it's tough to pick one out. QPR are almost doing a Blackpool, in having a great first half to the season, by promoted team's standards, but slipping up a lot in the second half. There are three teams on 21 points in the bottom five, it's a considerable hill to climb if they are to catch Villa in 15th on 28 points.

    a match born crooked and ended worse .. we played like we had already won before playing .. without the minimun commitment .. no "garra" at all.

  5. Rangers Football Club has lodged legal papers signalling its intention to go into administration.

    The Ibrox club lodged papers at the Court of Session in Edinburgh on Monday, notifying an intention to declare an administrator.

    It now has five days to confirm whether administrators have been appointed to take over the running of the club.

    The move comes while Rangers awaits a tax tribunal decision over a disputed bill plus penalties totalling £49m.

    If the club is formally put into administration it faces an immediate 10-point penalty from the Scottish Premier League.

    That would place the Ibrox club 14 points behind first-placed Celtic in the race for the championship.
