1. not that good we lost an EC with a golden goal hehe
  2. I like the idea of the silver and golden goals. Silver goals maybe would the preference for a more attacking game in extra time since if the opponent scores, it's all or nothing for your own team. Golden goal maybe offers more incentive to kill the game off quickly but that said, if neither team wants to concede the golden goal, it'll go to penalties, where fatigue plays less part since it's one kick. I don't think it's possible to strike up a balance where everyone is happy. I'd be in favour of keeping penalties just so we can have a good laugh at England.

    Was a fine goal though
  3. -Play until a goal is scored.
  4. Playing with less players would be my prefered option. 5 vs 5 on a smaller pitch in the center of the field. First one till x goals wins
  5. -Keep penalty shootouts
    - Play until a goal is scored -no way ...
    - Whoever has the most shots on target wins
    - Each team loses a man every 5 minutes
    - Run from the halfway line and shoot - in others sports works. Too easy for the players not for the goalkeepers
    - Keepers can't use their hands - interesting
    - Make the goals bigger in extra-time

I love the "Each team loses a man every 5 minutes" suggestion, would be greatly entertaining.
