'Tis all we can hope - some people are complete idiots and deserve the consequences for their actions. Unfortunately racism rears its ugly head now and then (far too much in my opinion) and the kind of people who willingly consort in such incidents are disgraces to themselves and everyone who is connected with them. Unfortunately this sort of thing isn't restricted to any one place and all we can do is to fight it whenever it occurs. How, is another matter entirely. Kudos to the police who did what they could.
