1. To the Dutchies : what's happening with your team?

  2. This match was also bad luck (Robben injured after 20 mins without whom we can't do much), red card five minutes later etc. And then a crappy coach on the side, plus lots of players who can't bring what it takes to play football required in this day and age.
  3. Go Iceland!!

The Dutch team have forgotten how to control a game and how to ''kill'' a defending team. That's not so strange since in the last three tournaments they've only defended and waited for the opponent to make a mistake. That plus the amount of dumb players (Indi, Van der Wiel, Narshingh, Depay) who aren't able to read a game is the main reason imo why Dutch football is falling down hard.

It's not only the national team, it's also te clubs and even the players who aren't playing for top teams anymore (Besides Blind, Depay, Robben)
  5. Hmm so a structural problem...
Pretty strange, as I think the youth academies are really really good.
Still quite strange how the 3rd of the WC can fall so low so quickly...
  6. A good win for us last night, qualifying is more and more likely to happen now.

Apparently it's not, if NL failes to qualify for the EC it will be the 10th country or so ranking 3rd on a WC and then failed to qualify for the next EC. I read about that today, can't find the article now but it did happen a lot already. It might be a "post-WC" dip.
  8. You can have van Gaal back.
  9. Not sure if we want to We all here in NL assumed and hoped it would've been Koeman instead of Hiddink.

The academies are alright, there are some talents coming but not much attackers.
Of course there's Memphis but a real striker isn't coming anytime soon.
  11. No predictions ?
