  2. The progress is the main thing Jeremy mate. The other things will be gone before you know it. You're absolutely right to let yourself have 'bad' days; keeping it pent up would be much more destructive in the long term. What you've gone through sucks and you have to give yourself space to feel that; let it out as it were.
    Keep up the good work, and believe your family and doctors. You'll get there
  3. Some days are better than others, mate. Keep up the good work. We're still pulling for you here and I'm so glad you have family around to help you through this. I'm sure the days are starting to blend together and it's probably easier for others to see your progress than it is for you. I'm sure you're doing fine. Take care of that upper body! Maybe someone (your g'f?) should give you a massage!
