That's right. I was asking because the Behringer is said to be a Boss clone and I thought maybe someone can compare it to the real thing. Well, most likely it's close enough except for the plastic case - but I'm quite confident it won't break when I step on it.

Isn't there a store where you can try both?

  3. The big store in Frankfurt doesn't sell Behringer.

Maybe I'll just order one online next month and send it back if I don't like it.

I just received the RV-600. Sounds identical to the Verbzilla to my ears. I'll keep it and gig with it on Saturday. If it doesn't break I can recommend it.

  4. I forgot what that thread was called for covers, so I'll just post it in this topic.

Couple new videos using my new Gibson Explorer. Tell me what you guys think about the pickups and the sound and stuff. Thanks!

  5. Sounds like you have a lot of fun.

Honestly: The youtube sound quality isn't good enough to give a detailed review. But on the vid it sounds like Edge. Surely close enough for 99.9% of all listeners. What kind of delay do you use?

Thanks man! I agree about the youtube sound quality, but it didn't turn out too bad.

I'm using a modulated delay (not too modulated, as you can tell) from the DD-20. Great delay unit, it's been spoken about here before.

  7. I'll have to check out the clips when I get home from work. Congrats again on your Explorer. Nice guitar, isn't it?

Gig went great. Only thing that broke was the power supply for my delay pedal
Did the rest of the gig on batteries... and the RV600 will be a permanent part of my rig.

If you have the $$$ and patience batteries are better, as they are much quieter.

  10. That's what I heard before. But my power supplies never produced any noise.

  11. Hey guys, can anyone direct me to a good tab of a live version of still haven't found as played on the joshua tree/love town tours. Normally I'd have a go at working it out, but I need to get it down for a performance and I've left it rather late! Any help/tips on delay settings, capo position and the like would be greatly appreciated,

    Cheers

  12. If you have a good adaptor and you've not damaged the power cord, there should be no problem.

If you are having grounding issues, that could be the amp or other things too.

Battery issues and drain during a gig are far more trouble than they are worth.

Try a voodoo lab Pedal Power 2. Never failed me. Never had noise problems or tone problems from using it. It can power 8 effects. It can power up to 2 Line 6 multi-pedals (Like the MM4, DL4, DM4...). Nothing but good things to say about the Pedal Power 2.
