    I can read music, but I rarely do (I'm an ear-trained kinda fella too), so let's call it three of us

    On guitarry notes, I noticed Edge was wielding the Mardi Gras Music Rising Gibbo for New Year's Day at Dublin yesterday night so perhaps he didn't buy back the auctioned '75 afterall? Or was it the '76?

    It was a 75. He also has a 73 that looks almost the same, except the volume nobs are a diffrent color.

  5. My bad, '73 not '76 but yeah I couldn't remember which had the gold and which had the black nobs but yeah, did he actually buy that back or something? I think someone mentioned but can't remember who...

    73 has the black knobs.


  8. 1972 or 1973. I have heard it referred to by both vintages. Silly Dallas and Edge are trying to confuse us!
  11. Another thing - Edge is using a Strat. for SBS, looks similar to the one he used on PopMart for ISHFWILF/AIWIY/Bad, if not the same? Might make sense 'cause all of them were tuned 2 steps down to standard D (correct me if I got the terminology wrong) - check the last 10 seconds as Bono's on his knees, you see Edge in the background...



  12. I am sure it's wrote down somewhere, for insurance purposes. But other than that - I don't no that it isn't that they aren't sure or not more than they probably don't care as much as us fans do. =O)
