The key is to not over-do it. Just pace yourself.

it was a both upper and lower body. Lifting, etc. then a leg exercise where you have a bag of sand over your shoulders, then you do these wierd steps, that you bring your knee to the ground. Now I just do upper body one day, the lower the other. I also jog / walk each day..... I'll go on Google Earth to see how far

indeed...... it was my first "real" workout, in my (new) school's gym. All of my friends and my (former) gym teacher want me to play football, so I went up to the gym with them to workout, and see the gym. I now go up there every other day alone. However, yesterday I went with one of my friends

You know, there's a lot of stuff that you can do at home....just simple stuff. Don't mean to sound like a know it all, but theres a lot of stuff that's easier on your body, and quite helpful.

Like a lunge? With sandbags?? Sounds heinous.

I'm training for a triathlon so I swim/bike or swim/run 5 times a week and do strength 2-4 times a week. I started a new strength training program that's killing me!! But I can totally see the difference!
