    You know, there's a lot of stuff that you can do at home....just simple stuff. Don't mean to sound like a know it all, but theres a lot of stuff that's easier on your body, and quite helpful.

    Like a lunge? With sandbags?? Sounds heinous.

    I'm training for a triathlon so I swim/bike or swim/run 5 times a week and do strength 2-4 times a week. I started a new strength training program that's killing me!! But I can totally see the difference!

    I know, but I just think its easier to just use the stuff there..... plus, its so much easier now that I'm in better shape than 2 months ago lol

    Yes! Lunge is what they called it....... terribe stuff, but I still do it (half the time lol). The first time, I forgot to stretch. I felt that for a good week lol. Its cool that your doing that! It'll get easier

    Have you tried wall-sits? Do those for 15 minutes if you want to feel something lol

    15 minutes?!?!?1 *jaw drops* I start to shake after ONE minute!!! (Actually I haven't done those in awhile, since I felt like such a wuss. I should try it again now that I'm such a badass LOL)

    Yeah, no problem. Basically squat (The only way I can think of explaining it is the toilet postion. lol) against a wall, and keep your back straight up against the wall, without moving.
