it depends on how alert you are. There are alot of patients with the same name, so you need to also need to check the D.O.B......... it also depends on how much you have to do. Like today, I worked a bit more than usuall to get it all done, therefore, on Monday I can stay home if I want to.... however, tuesday I'll need to go in to file Monday's work. That way, we never get far behind

yea, because if the wrong info goes into a chart, the doc could end up giving for example, the wrong dose of a wrong medicine or something to that person.
