Thanks for that Yeah. Can you make out any of the lyrics at all? Your sound system is probably better than mine (old computer speakers and small headphones).

Indeed, worthless article if you ask me.
  3. Thanks to all the efforts from the recorders, posters, augmenters etc....I shan't be listening to these, want to try to stay fresh.

And I certainly won't read any tabloid trash about it....
  4. I agree that it sounds like a evolution of HTDAAB, the trilogy sound is definitely there.

However these clips (and Mercy) sound more promising than Bomb and ATYCLB (which were great albums in their own right). This new stuff clearly throws some of their 90s sound into the mix, (a good thing).
However it most definitely doesn't sound like it could dethrone either Acthung Baby or JT from the top though.

If anything these clips convince me that they should rerecord Pop (and possibly some of Zooropa) to show us what could have been.

    Not yet though please
  6. Is there still going to be two albums?
And has Brian Eno said anything about working with Coldplay with regards to U2 and the new album?

Do you mean the Spiderman sound track?

Seems so. But the rumours are vague. May be incorporated into the album. Unclear.

What Spiderman soundtrack? Apparently they have enough material for another album, to be released either at the same time or a bit after No Line on the Horizon. Was going to be more experimental, a bit like Acthung Baby and Zooropa.

"October 7, 2007: According to Zootopia.de, U2 are working on two separate album projects at the moment. They quote Four5One design guru Steve Averill, who spoke last night at "Music Ireland" in Dublin, telling fans one album is a Passengers-like project with Brian Eno and Dan Lanois, and the other is a proper U2 album. 10. Spiderman musical??? That sound amazingly silly, they should work on more Batman stuff, U2 would fit in well with Nolan's darker Batman films.
