1. so when do i post my choice?

  2. I've added my review to the bootleg page.
  3. A quickie from me, considered to leave the table because I don't had much time to listen. As you guys might have noticed, I'm not that much online anymore due to school and other important stuff. The amount of spare time dropped drastically since 3-4 weeks, so..

1997-07-02 Foxboro, Massachusetts - Foxboro Stadium

    Performance
A bit flat and standard PopMart show. No special feelings about it all. I loved the setlist though. ISHFWILF and Stand By Me took me back to Zoo TV, Suspicious Minds more or less brought me back to Lovetown. Hold Me..as a closer is just brilliant. But, this show should have blown the roof off, but it didn't. There was no cohesion to me.

    For the setlist: 9/10
    For the performance: 7/10

    Sound
Not bad at all, but it wasn't fresh anymore. Deserved 4-star.

    Sound: 7.5/10

    Audience
Generally enthusiastic. The saw a big show, I heard some slightly distorted tracks.

    Audience: 7/10

    Overall: 7/10
  4. I'm a lazy fucker lol....

    Performance: 3.5 stars
Average. Some good bits (Mofo, Discotheque, IYWTVD and HMTMKMKM spring to mind) and occasional surprises (Shine Like Stars in WOWY) do not make up for Bono hardly interacting with the audience and average performances of everything else.
LNOE was poor. I never got the intro bit (just get on with it), but it was flat as a pancake on this performance.

    Audience: 3.5 stars
For an American crowd, surprisingly vocal and some very good singlalongs in all the right places. They didn't seem to know the Pop songs very well.
But the talking....... Aaaaaarrrgggghhh!!!. During AIWIY especially, but also other quiet bits, there seemed to be a need for people to talk. Piss off to the bar if you don't want to listen, but don't spoil it for the rest of us. Brings the boot down severely for me.

    Sound: 4 stars
Good audience recording, bit wobbly in places, but generally good.

    Overall: 3.5 stars
It's a decent Popmart bootleg. If you're a fan of the tour, it's worth a listen, but don't expect to keep hold of it.
If you're looking for just a few Popmart boots, look elsewhere (Leeds, Sarajevo, Mexico, Santiago).

  5. since Sergios reviews tend to be a little delayed I think we can wrap this one up. Take it away Sam

  7. downloading now.....looks awesome!
  8. This show also happens to be very last performance of the Fly, the way U2 should've kept it IMO.

  9. On the Elevation Tour do you mean? Not a fan of Vertigo version then?

    I'm in

  10. Not really....the only thing I liked out of the Vertigo Tour was COBL, SYCMIOYO, and SHF.
