    That's exactly same error as guy above. Seriously, check with the bank.

    If not, it's a server overload. Keep trying man, sounds like everyone's in your boat and it is still just the pre-sale so you'll be fine.

  5. This is the first one to seriously go wrong. All the others that we've been involved in have been fine. No American probs yet either....


  6. Just checked my mom's account as I tried to pay with her card a few times and there are no transactions for the last hours. I tried to pay with my dad's card as well, but it either said they can't accept the payment and there's some Error of a number around 500, or I wouldn't even get to pay because the page would crash.

    It can also be paid by a bank transfer, but only from a bank in Croatia

  8. I got two mails from Ourobors saying that 'Your online transaction has been approved.', but in both of them the number of the order is the same

    Same here, but I've got just one mail from Ourobors because actually I try just once and don't repeat the procedure again after 502 ERROR...

    I hope everything is OK, but still miss confirmation mail from Ticketpro...

    well if they want me to pay for the other orders that are in my profile, I'll tell them the page didn't work and that's not my fault and it's also stupid you can't cancel an order...and the last words would be f**k off

  12. Don't forget to post your Order ID number from Ouroboros Payment Gateway e-mail. Ask them do they accept this order and when they will send you confirmation e-mail. Also ask them when they will send the tickets by post...

    Of course don't forget to show us Ticketpro answer...
