Of course don't forget to show us Ticketpro answer...

I would actually like to cancel my orders and confirm just one of them, but I couldn't find the option to cancel orders on their site so I'm gonna ask.
  2. can I send this? :

    Good afternoon

I have been having troubles with the presale for U2's concert in Zagreb on August 10th. I got 4 tickets to my basket and when I tried to pay for them, there was an error saying the payment from the credit card could not be accepted. I tried it with a few different credit cards but I would either get other errors (their numbers were 502, 503, 504) or the page would not work. There are 8 orders in my profile now, I managed to pay for none of them because of the server and page problems. When I go to my profile on your site I can not find the option neither to cancel the orders which had been made nor to pay for them. I would like to cancel the orders and confirm only one of them.

At 16:34 and 16:37 I received two e-mails from you claiming the order number 33554 had been approved, but my profile on your site says the order is cancelled.

Here are the details of the orders shown in my profile:

    Transaction number Date&Time Payment Delivery
32367 3/25/2009 3:28:51 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
32774 3/25/2009 3:59:10 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
32837 3/25/2009 4:02:03 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
32964 3/25/2009 4:06:47 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
33058 3/25/2009 4:11:13 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
33195 3/25/2009 4:16:42 PM Ready to pay Ready to delivery/pick up
33554 3/25/2009 4:28:55 PM Payment canceled Delivery canceled
33810 3/25/2009 4:47:57 PM Payment canceled Delivery canceled

I am not sure about what is going on with the orders and I would like you to help me to solve this problem out.

    Yours sincerely

Change the 'I am not sure....' line to

'Please can you confirm by return to this e-mail that my payment as detailed above has been successfully received and I now have completed my order for 4 GA tickets to the U2 360 Tour Concert on August 10th. Also that all other orders in my basket have been cancelled at no further cost to myself.'

    And you have a winner.

    Send it
  4. You may wish to forward the e-mails confirming payment that you received too. They will struggle to dispute those.

I'll change the GA thing to 4 1000KN tickets and I'll see what happens

    thanks a million

  6. No worries. Keep us posted.
  7. I've got Payment confirmation e-mail from Ticketpro!!

I hope everything is OK now...
    This was a nightmare afternoon...
  8. Can you get two tickets for different sections in one order (not that it matters, I don't think, but it'd be for Chicago)? Say, a cheap (top-level) seat (for my dad) and a GA for me- in the same order?

Yep you can. Here in Europe at least.
  10. So, if I get a GA for myself, but I'm the only person that I know in the GA section, and I get in really early, but need to go out (like to the bathroom or get some food or something), is there any way to hold my spot? or will I just have to trust the kind-heartedness of U2 fans?
  11. anyone heard of confirmed dates for Vancouver?
