No they won't.
By then they've played over 100-120 shows.
You can't expect them to play the same tour on the same locations over and over again...
I mean, Dublin already had 3 shows, Holland 2, England 3. For a world-tour, that's enough per country.

what's wrong with Dublin?

Nothing wrong with Dubllin - I love the place but I personally dont think it merits another show for the following reasons:
* its already had 3 on this tour
* the hassle the band get everytime they play there (blocked trucks anyone?!) This isnt 360 specific either - its happened on lots of tours
* as ive said before, Ive personally found Dublin shows to be massively overrated. I found the Vertigo and 360 gigs at Croke to be good but not great. Slane was the exception (brilliant)

You have Croke to blame for all of that. The stadium is feet from folks houses. The new Aviva is in a nicer part of town as well as being a nicer stadium. I'm also pretty sure that the band actually want to play there. It's one of the nicer stadiums in Europe.
Dublin shows are overrated but who's fault is that? Old Dublin shows used to be great but Dublin shows from Vertigo onwards are 50% tourist. U2 in Dublin is a tourist attraction and not a homecoming concert like they used to be.

Shows are "overrated" because people have too high expectations of those shows, like oo they will play Bad, 40, ASOH for sure, Dublin must be special etc etc. So if that doesn't happen then people are maybe dissapointed, while in fact they were at a great show in a great city.

I don't agree with that. In my experience, the gigs just haven't been as good - simple as that.
Maybe the band feel additional pressure of playing at home? maybe its Croke? I dunno

Seems if they come to Brazil, they won't play Rio de Janeiro, as the Maracana stadium will be closed until 2012, according to a paper here.
