1. Btw the official inauguration of the new stadium in Bucharest will take place on 11th August so it's strange that they talk about a U2 show which would be in September. Maybe U2 have other things to do in August such as a UK + Ireland tour then?

Are there any more rumours on the Asian show(s)?

It's true, there will be a football match with Argentina on 11th of August, but they are talking about the first band to play there, not the opening itself. They were always very specific, there is no contradiction.
  3. Damn, they should play at the Sziget festival
  4. Is another European leg actually realistic ?
I mean, that would be the 3rd time with the same production.
We, members on this site, would probably go see them again because we know things have changed a lot, but the casual fans don't know that, do they...
The only way another leg would be useful, imo, would be with a new album...
  5. your argument is right for another whole leg; the chance to have stadiums far from being sold out are very high, and that because normal user of U2 music wouldn't go and see them again in my opinion.
But i think a mini leg, few shows in proper places, could be reasonable
big fans could fill the arenas.

and if the album will come out it'll be much better
  6. McGuinness said there's going to be a new album before the US leg - hope it's true.

I'm sure U2 could fill stadiums in Italy and Ireland this year again for sure. Probably in some other countries as well.

Glastonbury is the only festival they will do. Most of the festivals run during the North American leg anyway.

  9. Third La Plata rumour is here again.
